Flambards

The theme and incidental music from the legendary, 26-part, Yorkshire Television series, produced by Leonard Lewis, based on the books by KM Peyton and adapted for TV by Alan Plater.

The theme is based on a 3.5 bar whistle that David Fanshawe, the composer, wrote on his way to give a presentation for Oxfam about his African journeys.
